Rail
Eurostar trains arrive and depart from Brussels Midi Station. The metro station “De Brouckère” next to the hotel connects to Midi Station (approx. 10-15 mins), as well as the whole underground system of Brussels. Alternatively, Brussels Midi is a 10 minute taxi ride from the hotel. A taxi is likely to cost around €15.

Air
Brussels International Airport is just 14km from the hotel. Trains from the airport run to Brussels Central Station every 15 minutes and take 20 minutes; the hotel is a 3 minute walk from Central Station. A taxi from the airport to the hotel would typically cost around €60 and takes 30 minutes, subject to traffic.

Parking
Underground parking at the hotel is charged at €35 per 24 hours and €5 per hour. Parking is available on a first come first served basis on the day and is subject to availability.

Registration Desk
The Conference registration desk will be located in the First Floor Foyer of the hotel. Please collect your Conference pack, programme and badge from the desk on arrival.

Presentations
Presentations will be available on the website after the Conference.
