The International Employee Benefits Association (IEBA) is the world’s leading association providing education, information and professional development opportunities in the constantly evolving world of International Employee Benefits. Our annual conference attracts industry experts from multinational companies, as well as advisers and suppliers. Though we restrict advisers and suppliers attendance to maintain a balance of delegates. The pandemic has led to the postponement of the  2020 conference to 8-10 March 2022, to be able to run a well-attended conference and enable participants who had signed up for March 2020 to finally attend in March 2022

We have a wide programme covering the dos and don’ts, best practices and trends in international employee benefits. It is a great opportunity to get the latest insights, along with new approaches and inspiration.

Who attends

Over 150 delegates involved in international employee benefits attend. Including personnel from human resources, risk management and finance departments, as well as their advisers and suppliers of services. 

Socialise

There is ample opportunity to meet your peers for informal networking during the breaks.  You will also be able to discuss the day’s events in a relaxed manner at the Reception and Gala Dinner at the magnificent Château Sainte-Anne.

International Coverage

Local branches of IEBA are now operational in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the Nordic Region, the UK and the USA. Each running a regular programme of seminars, discussions and informal events including our always oversubscribed Annual Wine Tasting in London.

We have over 700 members from some 30 countries.

Professional support and development through the Diploma in International Employee Benefits (Dip. IEB), supported by the Pensions Management Institute in the UK with examination centres throughout the world. Professional support and networking opportunities in the area of International Employee Benefits.

Education and Networking

Access to educational and networking member activities in different countries. Discounted attendance at the IEBA Conference, held in Brussels each year and attended by over 150 fellow practitioners.

CPD

Taking part in the two day programme will qualify as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for many organisations including the UK’s Pensions Management Institute and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
