IEBA is the world’s leading association providing education, information and professional development opportunities in the constantly evolving world of International Employee Benefits.  We have over 700 members, including nominated employees of our corporate members (all of whose employees are entitled to the benefits of membership).

 

Membership Benefits

Our aim of bringing together like-minded practitioners clearly has resonance in today’s world, with employee benefits increasingly high on the agenda of employers in all corners of the world.

Local branches of IEBA are now operational in Belgium, France, Germany, Isle of Man, the Netherlands, the Nordic region, Switzerland, the UK and the USA. Each runs a regular programme of seminars, discussions and informal events including annual dinners.

We have over 700 individual members from over 30 countries.

Professional support and development through the Diploma in International Employee Benefits, supported by the Pensions Management Institute in the UK with examination centres throughout the world, as well as the Certified Practitioner, International Employee Benefits qualification.

Access to educational and networking member activities in different countries, and discounted attendance at the IEBA Annual Conference.

Taking part in the two day programme will qualify as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for many organisations including the UK’s Pensions Management Institute and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
