Please collect your badge on arrival from:

Tuesday 09 June 2026 at 13:30-14:00 at the pre-conference training or focus sessions on the 26th floor, or

Tuesday 09 June 2026 18:30-20:00 at the Welcome Reception on the 27th floor, or

Wednesday 10 June 2026 at the Conference Foyer on the 1st floor.

Luggage - Thursday

Luggage can be stored, at your own risk, in the conference area. After checkout, please go to the conference desk who will advise you.

Luggage must be collected by 16:00.

Coaches meet in reception at 18:30, Coaches return to the hotel from 22:45.  Last coach leaves 00:15.

Dietary requests given on booking have been noted. Lunch will be a buffet, and dishes will be labelled. Gala Dinner A diet place card will be given with your badge to place on the table for waiting staff to view. Please note We cannot guarantee that menus are free from ingredients which guests may have a serious allergic reaction to. If you have not yet informed us of any dietary requirements or food allergies, please email us.

This is a live event. It will not be streamed or recorded.

Presentations will be available after the Conference via IEBA website.

Taking part will qualify as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) such as UK’s Pensions Management Institute and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

Optional Pre-Conference Training session

If you would like to nominate a colleague to attend one of the pre-conference sessions on Tuesday, 09 June, in your place, please email the event team at ieba@cl-events.com.

Please note that your nominated colleague will not be eligible to attend the rest of the conference unless they register separately.

What's included

Single occupancy in a non smoking room, Wi-Fi, LED Flat Screen TV and luxury bathroom amenities.

A full breakfast is available, in the conference foyer, on the 1st Floor (not in the hotel restaurant).

What's NOT included

Breakfast in the Hotel Restaurant is not included.

Double Occupancy is not included 

Extras outside of the conference package should be paid directly to the hotel on arrival/departure.

Bedroom Cancellation

  • 100% refund 30 days prior to the Conference.
  • No refund if cancelled within 30 days of the Conference.

Late Check-Out

There is a charge of €15 per hour for a late check-out until 16:00.  After 16:00 a full night’s stay will be charged.

Eurostar Brussels Midi Station.
Nearest Metro Louise/Louiza next to the hotel connects to Midi Station (approx. 5-10 mins)
Brussels Midi 15 minute cab ride.

Brussels International 15km. Trains to Brussels Midi every 15 min and take 25 mins. From Brussels Midi Station, take Metro Line 2 or 6 (direction Elisabeth) until Louise/Louiza Metro Station 300m away from The Hotel Brussels. Taxi cost approx. €70 – 30 minutes.
