If you are unable to attend the conference once registered, we would be happy for you to nominate a colleague to attend in your place. Please contact the Organisers in advance to supply relevant details for your replacement. If you are unable to find a substitute then the following terms apply:

Cancelling the Conference
More than 4 weeks prior to the event: 25% refund
Less than 4 weeks prior to event: No refund

ACCOMMODATION

Payment

Payment should be made through your booking.

Standard Room Rates
€190.00

The room rates are per room, per night, inclusive of taxes and buffet breakfast on the 1st Floor Foyer.

Availability

Rooms will be reserved on a first come, first served basis and early booking is recommended. Once our allocation of rooms is booked, participants may have to make alternative accommodation arrangements.

100% refund

Less than 30 days prior to check in:
No refund
